We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well‑established contractor for a highly skilled Multi‑Trade Operative to join their growing team covering Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out a wide range of major works in occupied residential properties and void maintenance.
  • Completing carpentry and plumbing repairs to a high standard.
  • Undertaking plastering, tiling, decorating, and locksmith works as required.
  • Diagnosing faults and delivering first‑time fixes where possible.
  • Providing excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes.
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and within agreed timescales.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Multi‑Trade Operative.
  • Strong carpentry and plumbing skills are essential.
  • Good knowledge of plastering, tiling, painting & decorating, and locksmith repairs.
  • Experience working within social housing, local authority, or residential maintenance environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Full clean UK driving licence is essential.
  • Company van & Fuel Card Provided.
