Duties will include
- General groundworks on social housing properties
- Fence installation and repairs
- Gate repairs and replacements
- Flagging, paving and minor concreting
- External property maintenance
- Working independently and as part of a responsive maintenance team

Requirements
- NVQ in Groundworks (or equivalent)
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Previous experience working within social housing or responsive maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good communication and customer service skills
