We're currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join a well-established social housing contractor covering Liverpool and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity offering a 12-week temporary period through the agency (CIS), with the opportunity to secure a permanent position directly with the company for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

  • General groundworks on social housing properties
  • Fence installation and repairs
  • Gate repairs and replacements
  • Flagging, paving and minor concreting
  • External property maintenance
  • Working independently and as part of a responsive maintenance team
  • Delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • NVQ in Groundworks (or equivalent)
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Previous experience working within social housing or responsive maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Good communication and customer service skills
