We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join a busy property maintenance team delivering electrical repairs, installations, testing and compliance works across residential properties throughout Dartford and various Essex Locations. Working as part of a long-term housing maintenance contract, you will play a key role in ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and well maintained. Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance within domestic properties Conduct routine servicing, fault finding and testing of electrical systems Complete electrical inspections and ensure compliance with current regulations Replace sockets, switches, fittings and associated electrical components Identify and report defective or non-compliant installations Complete job documentation accurately using mobile technology Undertake site-specific risk assessments and follow all Health & Safety procedures Deliver a professional, customer-focused service while working in occupied homes Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current industry regulations Essential Requirements 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification AM2 Qualification 2391 Inspection & Testing Qualification Full UK Driving Licence Strong understanding of electrical compliance and safety standards Experience carrying out domestic electrical repairs and maintenance Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills DBS check (to be completed as part of the onboarding process) What's on Offer?
