We are looking for a skilled and versatile Multi‑Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team, carrying out planned repairs and maintenance across a large portfolio of residential properties.
In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring residents live in homes that are safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained. You'll benefit from modern digital systems that streamline your workload, enabling you to deliver a high‑quality, efficient service every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing repairs and minor installations
- Perform carpentry work, including repairs and basic joinery
- Undertake a wide range of general property maintenance tasks
- Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs in a timely manner
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet targets
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety, quality, and customer service standards
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and other trades
- Ability to diagnose issues and deliver practical repair solutions
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in both occupied and void properties
- Comfortable using handheld/PDA systems for job management
- Additional trade skills or qualifications are highly desirable
Requirements
- NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided)
- Willingness to undertake DBS and SC clearance checks
- Right to work in the UK (proof required)
