Assisting the sustainability department to ensure they meet KPIs and contractual obligations in Biodiversity, Carbon Reduction, Waste Reduction, Awareness and Procurement.
This role is reporting to the Head of Sustainability and would require good sustainability knowledge and relevant work experience.
Key duties within the role will involve working with clients identifying ways to improve the local environment within projects:
- Reporting on client emissions and identifying reduction initiatives
- Raising awareness of carbon sources
- Writing reports on waste
- Content creation for key environmental dates
- Delivering presentations to small groups
Requirements:
- A good understanding of sustainability and the environment and the impact the built environment has on it
- Ability to network, build relationships with, and influence key internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to deliver presentations to small groups
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- A degree of relevant work experience
- Experience in data reporting
