Are you a seasoned bid professional ready to take the reins? We’re hiring a Senior Bid Coordinator with proven experience in construction and social housing bids to lead our bid coordination function and mentor a team of Bid Coordinators. You’ll drive process improvements, ensure high-quality submissions, and help shape our bid strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, and the wider Bid Team to deliver winning bids that reflect our values and capabilities.
