We are looking for an experienced and driven Electrical Contracts Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our electrical division. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for overseeing electricians, subcontractors, and apprentices whilst ensuring all electrical works are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical professional with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of NICEIC requirements, testing and inspection, and domestic electrical installations. Essential Skills & Experience * Minimum 2 years' experience working as a NICEIC Qualified Supervisor. * Proven experience in a similar Electrical Contracts Manager, Electrical Supervisor, or Electrical Manager role. * Strong background in domestic electrical installations, testing, and inspection. * Excellent understanding of electrical compliance, certification, and industry regulations. * Experience managing electricians, subcontractors, and apprentices. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities. * Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. * IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office and digital management systems. * Full UK Driving Licence. * Willingness to travel throughout the UK. Qualifications Required * City & Guilds 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS7671) * City & Guilds 2394 & 2395 or 2391 Testing & Inspection * City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & Part 2, NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, or equivalent * CSCS Card * SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) * NICEIC Qualified Supervisor status If you have the technical expertise, leadership capability, and commercial awareness to successfully manage electrical contracts and teams while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety, we'd love to hear from you
