18 Rec is currently recruiting multiple experienced Multi Traders on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes across social housing properties throughout South East and South West London.
We're looking for reliable, customer-focused tradespeople who take pride in their work and are looking for a long-term opportunity with excellent progression.
The Role
You'll be carrying out refurbishment and improvement works in occupied and void social housing properties, including:
- Kitchen refurbishments and new installations
- Bathroom and wet room refurbishments
- General property improvements
- Planned maintenance and refurbishment works
- Multi-trade repairs and finishing works
- We're particularly keen to hear from Multi Traders with a core trade in:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Wet room installations
- Vinyl flooring (including wet room flooring)
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
- Previous experience working within social housing
- Strong multi-trade experience
- Experience with kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate (Essential)
- NVQ in a relevant trade (Desirable)
