18 Recruitment are looking for a scheduling manager for our social housing client based in Stratford.

The ideal candidate is passionate about creating intuitive and efficient scheduling experience and possesses a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Set up new operatives and maintain existing. Be the main point of contact for the external provider.
  • Scheduling Strategy: Develop and maintain scheduling business processes. Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for our scheduling solution.
  • Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise the scheduling improvement plan.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a scheduling role working with a dynamic scheduling solution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
