About the Role
We\’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team specialising in construction recruitment. You\’ll play a key role in sourcing skilled candidates across trades, technical, and professional roles, supporting our consultants and helping build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and our internal database
- Conduct telephone interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles
- Support consultants with CV formatting, compliance checks, and interview coordination
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date
- Provide exceptional candidate care and represent our brand with professionalism
