We are a dynamic and growing recruitment agency specialising in the construction and property services sectors. With a strong reputation for delivering quality candidates and building long-term client relationships, we’re expanding our Trades & Labour division and looking for a consultant who knows the industry inside out.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant in our Trades & Labour team, you will:
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with construction firms, subcontractors, and site managers
* Source and place skilled and semi-skilled tradespeople including labourers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and more
* Respond quickly to client requirements and deliver high-volume, time-sensitive recruitment solutions
* Maintain compliance and ensure all placements meet health & safety and right-to-work standards
