We are looking for a skilled and customer focused Plumber to join our Property Services team, delivering high quality repairs, maintenance, and installation works across our social housing stock. You ll play a key role in ensuring residents live in safe, comfortable homes by providing efficient and reliable plumbing services. Key Responsibilities * Carry out a wide range of plumbing tasks, including: * Reactive repairs to leaks, blockages, and domestic pipework * Installation and repair of taps, toilets, baths, showers, and sinks * Hot and cold water system maintenance * Drainage repairs and unblocking * Radiator and heating system repairs (non gas tasks unless qualified) * Complete responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and void property works. * Diagnose plumbing issues on site and determine the most effective repair solution. * Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, safety standards, and organisational procedures. * Maintain accurate job records using handheld devices or job sheets. * Work respectfully in occupied homes, ensuring minimal disruption to residents. * Collaborate with supervisors, planners, and other trades to deliver a seamless service. * Follow all health and safety requirements, including safe use of t...
