Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Plasterer with strong multi trade capabilities to join their property maintenance team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a trades professional who takes pride in delivering high quality plastering work while supporting a range of additional repairs across social housing properties. A company van and fuel card are provided as part of the role. About the Role As a Multi Trade Plasterer, you will carry out a wide variety of plastering repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works in both occupied (tenanted) homes and void properties. You will work independently, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, professionally, and to a consistently high standard. Key ResponsibilitiesPlastering (Primary Skill) * Complete all aspects of plastering including skimming, bonding, patch repairs, boarding, rendering and finishing. * Prepare surfaces correctly and select appropriate materials and methods. * Make good after electrical or plumbing works. * Deliver high quality finishes with a focus on first time resolution.
