We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our growing team working across social housing properties in Norwich and the surrounding areas. * Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within social housing properties. * Undertake Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). * Complete testing, inspection, fault finding, and remedial works.

Essential Requirements * NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation * AM2 Qualification * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) * Previous experience working within Social Housing or residential properties. * Experience carrying out testing, inspection, fault finding, and remedial works. * Good understanding of current electrical regulations. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. * Full UK Driving Licence.
