Key Responsibilities

  • Plumbing repairs: Carry out repairs, installations, and maintenance across occupied and void properties.
  • Fault diagnosis: Identify and resolve leaks, blockages, heating issues, and sanitary ware defects.
  • Carpentry tasks including:
    • Boxing in pipework
    • Fitting bath panels
    • Installing kitchen units or worktops
    • Door easing, adjustments, and minor joinery repairs
  • Multi trade work: Basic tiling, patch plastering, and general property maintenance.
  • Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards.
