18 Rec is currently recruiting for experienced Multi Traders on behalf of a company we support within the social housing sector. Are you a skilled and reliable tradesperson with experience working within occupied and void social housing properties? Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with the chance to go permanent after 12 weeks? If so, we want to hear from you.
The role will involve carrying out a variety of refurbishment and maintenance works across South London contracts, including:
- Disrepair & damp works
- Kitchen, bathroom & wet room installations
- Decorating
- Window & door repairs/installations
- Brickwork, rendering & plastering
- Carpet/vinyl flooring & cap and cove flooring with hot welds
- Investigative works
Requirements
- Previous experience within social housing
- Multi-trade background
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ desirable but not essential
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
