We are currently recruiting experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a busy social housing maintenance contract covering the Melton Mowbray area. We are looking for reliable and skilled operatives with experience across a variety of trades including carpentry, plastering, damp & mould remediation, and general property maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who take pride in delivering high-quality work within occupied domestic properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance within occupied social housing properties
- Undertaking a wide range of multi-trade works including:
- Carpentry & joinery
- Plaster patching and making good
- Damp & mould treatment and reinstatement works
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Decorating and finishing works
- Removing and reinstating areas affected by damp and mould
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative within social housing or domestic maintenance
