We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterers to work across a busy social housing repairs and maintenance contract. Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we have multiple positions available for permanent employees.
Duties Include:
- Plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
- Skimming, patch plastering, rendering, and making good.
- Carrying out associated multi-trade works where required.
- Completing reactive repairs and planned maintenance tasks.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
- Providing excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Plasterer.
- Previous experience working within social housing is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own tools required.
