The ideal candidate will hold a CeMAP qualification and have experience working in a high street Estate Agents. The opportunity has fantastic earning potential to earn a realistic excess of £60,000pa. The role brings an extremely busy operation that provides continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ financial circumstances and property goals.
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of mortgage products, including residential, and buy-to-let.
- Research and recommend the most suitable mortgage options from a panel of lenders.
- Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process including the promotion of relevant protection advice and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lenders.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, lender criteria, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years experience.
- CeMAP qualified.
- Self-motivated, client-focused, and driven to maximise earnings.
- A problem-solver who thrives on finding solutions for complex cases.
