We are currently recruiting experienced Fire Door Operatives to work across MOD sites in London, Folkestone, Andover, and along the M3 Corridor. This role will focus on fire door inspections, maintenance support, remedial coordination, and compliance works across secure MOD projects. It is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering high-quality fire protection works on secure government sites.

Requirements

  • Valid SC Clearance (essential)
  • Experience working within fire door projects or fire protection environments
  • Experience carrying out fire door inspections, maintenance support, or remedial works
  • Strong understanding of fire door compliance and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Professional and reliable approach to work

Duties Include

  • Carrying out fire door inspections and compliance checks
  • Supporting fire door maintenance and remedial programmes
  • Fire door remedial and upgrade works
  • Ensuring all works meet current fire safety standards and MOD compliance regulations
  • Completing works across active MOD and secure sites
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety
