In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring residents live in homes that are safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing repairs and minor installations
- Perform carpentry work, including repairs and basic joinery
- Undertake a wide range of general property maintenance tasks

- Ensure all work complies with health & safety, quality, and customer service standards
