We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to provide supervision of maintenance works across residential properties and Planned Maintenance and project works. You will ensure operatives comply with health and safety standards, follow job instructions, and deliver high‑quality results for our clients in the social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day supervision of contracts, ensuring operatives work efficiently and productively.
- Monitoring subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are completed in line with worksheets, KPIs, and deadlines.
- Resident and customer liaison, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Quality assurance, ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Organising operatives and appointments in collaboration with the call centre.
- Compliance management, including completion of method statements, risk assessments, and delivery of toolbox talks.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience within the social housing sector or new build (essential).
- Ability to report on large multi‑trade works, including codes and full depth reports.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office packages.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
