Are you a skilled floorlayer who takes pride in delivering quality work that genuinely makes a difference. Our Client is expanding their repairs and maintenance team and are looking for reliable, experienced professionals to help us keep homes safe, comfortable, and well maintained.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Installing and repairing a range of flooring types including vinyl, carpet, laminate, safety flooring, and tiles repair to Installing Polysafe safety flooring, cap and cove installation for wet rooms
  • Carrying out planned and responsive maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties
  • Ensuring all work meets high standards of finish, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Working independently or as part of a wider repairs team

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a floorlayer in domestic or social housing settings
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to communicate professionally with tenants and colleagues
  • Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided)
  • CSCS card or equivalent is beneficial
