We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a high-end residential development in Liverpool, with strong potential for a temp-to-perm position. This role will be heavily involved in the finishing stages of the project, supporting the Site Manager and overseeing quality, programme, and subcontractors to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations
  • Managing finishing trades and subcontractors
  • Overseeing snagging, de-snagging, and plot completion
  • Ensuring works meet high-end residential quality standards
  • Monitoring programme and coordinating trades accordingly
  • Maintaining health & safety standards on site
  • Assisting with inspections and handovers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential projects
  • Strong experience with finishing works and internal trades
  • Good eye for detail and quality control
  • Ability to manage plots or blocks independently
  • SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS (First Aid advantageous)
