We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a high‑end residential development in Liverpool, with strong potential for a temp‑to‑perm position. This role will be heavily involved in the finishing stages of the project, supporting the Site Manager and overseeing quality, programme, and subcontractors to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Site Manager in day‑to‑day site operations
- Managing finishing trades and subcontractors
- Overseeing snagging, de‑snagging, and plot completion
- Ensuring works meet high‑end residential quality standards
- Monitoring programme and coordinating trades accordingly
- Maintaining health & safety standards on site
- Assisting with inspections and handovers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential projects
- Strong experience with finishing works and internal trades
- Good eye for detail and quality control
- Ability to manage plots or blocks independently
- SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS (First Aid advantageous)
