We are looking for an experienced Asbestos Removal Supervisor to lead asbestos removal projects across commercial, industrial, and residential environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site teams, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects efficiently and professionally. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with proven asbestos removal experience and supervisory capability. Key Responsibilities * Supervise asbestos removal operatives on licensed, non-licensed, and notifiable non-licensed projects. * Ensure all works are completed in accordance with HSE regulations and approved plans of work. * Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and daily safety checks. * Monitor compliance with PPE/RPE requirements. * Coordinate enclosure construction, removal activities, and decontamination procedures. * Maintain site records and documentation. * Liaise with clients, analysts, and management teams. * Ensure all project deadlines and quality standards are achieved. * Report incidents, near misses, and safety concerns promptly. * Mentor and support asbestos operatives and new team members. Requirements * Proven experience within the asbestos removal industry. * Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Operative. * Current asbestos removal training. * Valid Supervisor Training Certificate. * CSCS Card, AMI Skills Card, or equivalent site card. * In-date asbestos medical certificate (where required). * Current face-fit test certification. * Strong understanding of HSE asbestos regulations and industry best practice. * Ability to manage teams and maintain high safety standards. * Full UK driving licence. * Licensed asbestos removal supervisory experience. * SSSTS or SMSTS qualification. * First Aid at Work qualification. * Experience managing multiple projects and teams.
