18 Rec is currently recruiting for experienced Multi Traders on behalf of a company we support within the social housing sector. Are you a skilled and reliable tradesperson with experience working within occupied and void social housing properties? Job Description:
- Multi Trader – Social Housing
- South London
- £180 per day CIS
- Van & Fuel Card Provided
- Temp to Perm Opportunity
The role will involve carrying out a variety of refurbishment and maintenance works across South London contracts, including:
- Disrepair & damp works
- Kitchen, bathroom & wet room installations
- Decorating
- Window & door repairs/installations
- Brickwork, rendering & plastering
- Carpet/vinyl flooring & cap and cove flooring with hot welds
- Investigative works
Requirements:
- Previous experience within social housing
- Multi-trade background
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ desirable but not essential
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
