18 Rec is currently recruiting for experienced Multi Traders on behalf of a company we support within the social housing sector. Are you a skilled and reliable tradesperson with experience working within occupied and void social housing properties? Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with the chance to go permanent after 12 weeks? If so, we want to hear from you.

Job Description:

  • Multi Trader – Social Housing
  • South London
  • £180 per day CIS
  • Van & Fuel Card Provided
  • Temp to Perm Opportunity

The role will involve carrying out a variety of refurbishment and maintenance works across South London contracts, including:

  • Disrepair & damp works
  • Kitchen, bathroom & wet room installations
  • Decorating
  • Window & door repairs/installations
  • Brickwork, rendering & plastering
  • Carpet/vinyl flooring & cap and cove flooring with hot welds
  • Investigative works

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within social housing
  • Multi-trade background
  • Full UK driving licence
  • NVQ desirable but not essential
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
