We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our growing team, supporting repairs, maintenance, and small works across a social housing portfolio in Dartford and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service within occupied and void residential properties. Key Responsibilities * Carry out plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance across occupied and void social housing properties. * Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults including leaks, blockages, heating system issues, and sanitary ware repairs. * Complete planned and reactive maintenance works efficiently and to a high standard. * Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with current health and safety regulations. * Deliver a professional and customer-focused service to residents and housing providers. * Accurately complete job reports and paperwork as required. Requirements * NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing Qualification (or equivalent). * Proven experience working within domestic properties or social housing environments. * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively. * Full UK clean driving licence. * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
