We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Trader to join our growing team, carrying out repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across a social housing portfolio in Dartford and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience across multiple disciplines who is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service in occupied and void properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of day-to-day repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties.
- Undertake tasks including carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, painting and decorating, and general building repairs.
- Diagnose defects and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
- Work within occupied and void properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times.
- Complete job sheets and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trader within social housing, maintenance, or domestic property repairs.
- Strong skills across a range of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and general repairs.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK clean driving licence.
