We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to provide on-site supervision of maintenance works across residential properties and Planned Maintenance and project works. You will ensure operatives comply with health and safety standards, follow job instructions, and deliver high-quality results for our clients in the social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day supervision of contracts, ensuring operatives work efficiently and productively.
- Monitoring subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are completed in line with worksheets, KPIs, and deadlines.
- Resident and customer liaison, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Quality assurance, ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Organising operatives and appointments in collaboration with the call centre.
- Compliance management, including completion of method statements, risk assessments, and delivery of toolbox talks.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience within the social housing sector or new build (essential).
- Ability to report on large multi-trade works, including codes and full depth reports.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office packages.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
