We are looking for a skilled and versatile Carpenter / Multi-Trade Operative to join our growing team, carrying out planned repairs and maintenance across a large portfolio of residential properties. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring residents live in homes that are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. You’ll benefit from modern digital systems that streamline your workload, enabling you to deliver a high-quality, efficient service every day. Key Responsibilities * Perform carpentry work, including repairs and joinery * Undertake a wide range of general property maintenance tasks * Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs in a timely manner * Work independently and as part of a team to meet targets * Ensure all work complies with health & safety, quality, and customer service standards Essential Skills & Experience * Proven working knowledge of carpentry, and other trades * Ability to diagnose issues and deliver practical repair solutions * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Experience working in both occupied and void properties * Comfortable using handheld/PDA systems for job management * Additional trade skills or qualifications are highly desirable Requirements * NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 (preferred) * Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided) * Willingness to undertake DBS and SC clearance checks * Right to work in the UK (proof required) * Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach What We Offer * Company van and fuel card * Ongoing support and development opportunities * Stable, long-term employment
