  • Design and independently own a first‑generation value‑creation reporting data cube
  • Define KPIs, reconciliations and audit trails aligned to core financial systems
  • Build a scalable monthly and quarterly reporting cycle that clearly evidences performance drivers

  • Performance Storytelling & Senior Communication
    • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, credible insights
    • Contribute to Board‑level materials and investor‑style performance reporting
    • Strengthen the organisation’s value‑creation narrative and equity story in partnership with senior leadership

    • Strong preference for candidates with Manager‑level experience in Big 4 or mid‑tier TS, DD, Valuations or Financial Modelling
    • Proven ability to produce diligence‑grade data books, structured reporting frameworks or performance packs
    • Deep understanding of what financial and commercial diligence providers expect
    • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large, complex datasets
