Help lead the delivery of essential electrical services across thousands of homes. As an Electrician Supervisor, you’ll guide a skilled team delivering reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and disrepair works, ensuring homes remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained. You’ll use modern digital systems to manage workflow, support your team, and keep performance on track.
The Role
You’ll oversee the installation, servicing, and maintenance of electrical systems and appliances across domestic and commercial properties, ensuring all work meets the latest IET Wiring Regulations. Alongside your technical responsibilities, you’ll provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and quality assurance for your team.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support electricians to deliver high-quality, compliant electrical works.
- Carry out on-site Health & Safety risk assessments and ensure safe working practices are followed.
- Undertake and oversee routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs to electrical systems and appliances.
- Identify and report faulty installations or appliances that do not meet current regulations.
- Approve and quality-check completed works, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with training, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Ensure accurate use of digital job management systems and job ticket information.
- Support planning, scheduling, and allocation of daily workloads.
