We are looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager who will play a vital role in ensuring electrical compliance standards are maintained, company accreditations are upheld, and operational teams are supported with expert technical guidance. Working closely with senior management, operational teams, clients and regulatory bodies, you will drive compliance excellence, promote a strong safety culture and use performance data to support continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain statutory electrical compliance across the business, ensuring adherence to current legislation, regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
- Manage and maintain company accreditations, including NICEIC.
- Develop, review and implement compliance policies, procedures and technical standards.
- Conduct compliance audits, inspections and investigations, ensuring corrective actions are completed effectively.
- Provide technical advice and support to operational teams, managers and clients.
- Monitor engineer competency and ensure works are allocated to suitably qualified personnel.
