We are looking for an experienced Asbestos Removal Supervisor to lead asbestos removal projects across commercial, industrial, and residential environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site teams, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects efficiently and professionally. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with proven asbestos removal experience and supervisory capability. Key Responsibilities * Supervise asbestos removal operatives on licensed, non-licensed, and notifiable non-licensed projects. * Ensure all works are completed in accordance with HSE regulations and approved plans of work. * Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and daily safety checks. * Monitor compliance with PPE/RPE requirements. * Coordinate enclosure construction, removal activities, and decontamination procedures. * Maintain site records and documentation. * Liaise with clients, analysts, and management teams. * Ensure all project deadlines and quality standards are achieved. * Report incidents, near misses, and safety concerns promptly. * Mentor and support asbestos operatives and new team members.
