We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our growing team working across social housing properties in Ealing and the surrounding areas.

- Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within social housing properties.
- Undertake Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
- Complete testing, inspection, fault finding, and remedial works.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- AM2 Qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- Previous experience working within Social Housing or residential properties.
- Experience carrying out testing, inspection, fault finding, and remedial works.
- Good understanding of current electrical regulations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Qualifications
- City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection.
- ECS/CSCS Card.
- Experience completing EICRs within occupied properties. xgikmsk
