18 Degrees is looking for an intermediate lighting designer to join our London studio in Stratford. We're a small practice doing work we're proud of, across commercial fit-out, heritage, retail and workplace. Our clients include leading London estate owners, global law firms, luxury retail brands and major developers. Current projects span a Regent Street flagship refurbishment, law firm headquarters, and a recently completed building at Canada Water shortlisted for the 2026 Darc Awards.

Alongside the design studio, we run 18 Circular, our circular lighting-as-a-service model. It's an attempt to address the waste built into Cat A delivery, and it's becoming a meaningful part of how we think about every project.

We're looking for someone with three to six years of experience, fluent in the technical side (Dialux Evo, Revit, AutoCAD), with strong design instincts and a genuine interest in sustainability. More than anything, we're looking for someone who wants to do good work in a small team, where the projects you touch are the projects you see through.

The role is studio-based in Stratford.
