We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar and hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for excellent service, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage management. Duties

  • Lead and supervise the bar team to ensure efficient and professional service delivery
  • Oversee food and beverage preparation, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
  • Manage stock levels, order supplies, and monitor inventory to minimise waste
  • Ensure all beverages are prepared according to company standards and customer preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with health regulations
  • Develop menus in collaboration with the culinary team, incorporating new drinks and food options
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
  • Train new staff members on service protocols, safety procedures, and product knowledge
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue
