We are a luxury seafood restaurant in the heart of Mayfair.

Since opening in September 2025, we have established ourselves as one of London's most exciting new restaurant destinations, ranking at number 57 in the top 100 restaurants 2026.

As we look to grow and develop our brand further, we are looking for an in-house Social Media & Marketing professional to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves restaurants and enjoys working across all areas of marketing and brand strategy, social media, PR, events and partnerships in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The Role

Reporting directly to senior management, you will oversee the day-to-day marketing activity with a heavy focus on Social Media & Digital Marketing for the restaurant, helping drive awareness, reservations and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media
  • Plan and manage the restaurant's social media calendar
  • Create engaging on-brand content across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Linked In where appropriate
  • Craft on-brand copy for all social posts
  • Capture photography and short-form video content in the restaurant
  • Manage external photographers and content creators
  • Monitor engagement and community management
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) across all channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • PR & Media Relations
  • Manage relationships with journalists, editors and media contacts
  • Draft and distribute press releases (with support from PR agency as required)
  • Coordinate media visits and press dinners
  • Respond to reactive media enquiries
  • Maintain press contact databases
  • Track media coverage and report on results
  • Digital Marketing (MOVE UP, TO BELOW SOCIAL MEDIA)
  • Support and deliver marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery
  • Maintain website content where required
  • Produce email newsletters and guest communications (Seven Rooms Marketing)
  • Create marketing collateral for the restaurant (with support from external design team)
  • Assist with photography shoots
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Identify suitable creators aligned with the brand
  • Manage influencer invitations and collaborations Coordinate gifted experiences and hosted visits
  • Measure campaign performance
  • Partnerships & Events
  • Develop relevant luxury partnerships and local marketing
  • Coordinate brand collaborations
  • Support private dining and events team as required, for marketing events
  • Assist with seasonal campaigns and activations

About You

You’ll ideally have

  • 1–3 years' marketing experience
  • Hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or premium brand experience
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing
  • Strong social media knowledge (Instagram and Tik Tok primarily)
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience creating content for Instagram and Tik Tok
  • Confident photography and mobile videography skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high volume and multiple projects simultaneously
  • A proactive, creative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later/Hootsuite, Mailchimp or Klaviyo and Google Analytics would be advantageous.

  • Maintains relationships with local businesses and corporate clients.
  • Create seasonal marketing calendars (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Wimbledon, Fashion Week, Frieze, etc.).
  • Maintain a bank of photography and video assets.
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Support menu launches and chef announcements.
  • Coordinate awards submissions and "Best Restaurant" listings.
  • Maintain a CRM/database of VIP guests and marketing contacts (where appropriate and GDPR‑compliant).
