The Position: As the Reception & Reservations Manager, you will manage the restaurant's reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking and seating arrangements. You will be responsible for maximising revenue in our new restaurant through cover maximisation and cross-selling techniques. You will be a natural at the door, greeting guests warmly, handling enquiries, and assisting with reservations both over the phone and in person. You will partner with the leadership team, the kitchen, and the service staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience in even the busiest periods.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reservations leader to be part of an ambitious new opening in the heart of Mayfair.
