We also recently ranked at number 57 in the top 100 restaurants 2026 and are looking for an ambitious marketing professional to help grow our brand even further.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across all areas of marketing and brand strategy, social media, PR, events and partnerships in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The Role

Reporting directly to senior management, you will oversee the day-to-day marketing activity with a heavy focus on Digital Marketing for the restaurant, helping drive awareness, reservations and guest engagement.

At this stage of our business this will involve maintaining our brand presence and developing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media
  • Plan and manage the restaurant's social media calendar
  • Create engaging daily content across
  • Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and Linked In where appropriate
  • Capture photography and video content in the restaurant
  • Monitor engagement and community management
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • PR & Media Relations
  • Build relationships with journalists, editors and media contacts
  • Coordinate media visits and press dinners
  • Respond to media enquiries
  • Maintain press contact databases
  • Track media coverage and report on results
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Identify suitable creators aligned with the brand
  • Manage influencer invitations and collaborations
  • Measure campaign performance
  • Partnerships & Events
  • Develop local luxury partnerships
  • Coordinate brand collaborations
  • Assist with seasonal campaigns and activations

  • Support marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery

About You

You'll ideally have

  • 1–3 years' marketing experience
  • Hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or premium brand experience
  • Strong Digital Marketing skills
  • Strong social media knowledge
  • Experience creating content for Instagram and Tik Tok
  • Confident photography and mobile videography skills
  • Ability to manage high volume and multiple projects simultaneously
  • A proactive, creative mindset

We're Looking for someone who

  • Understands luxury brands
  • Can spot marketing opportunities before others do
  • Is happy to be hands-on, whether capturing content during service or hosting an influencer dinner
  • Owns the restaurant's Google Business

Profile and guest review strategy.

  • Create seasonal marketing calendars

(Christmas, Valentine's Day, Wimbledon, Fashion Week, Frieze, etc.).

  • Maintain a bank of photography and video assets.
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Coordinate awards submissions and

"Best Restaurant" listings.

  • Maintain a CRM/database of VIP guests and marketing contacts (where appropriate and GDPR-compliant).
