Hours & Pay

Full-time. Total estimated expected earnings, up to £14.51 per hour.

You must already hold the right to work in the UK to be considered.

What you will bring to the role:

  • As Commis Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high quality and innovative dishes throughout the operation. Working closely with the senior team; you will assist in managing the overall kitchen operation.
  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a high-quality restaurant.
  • Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce.
  • A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a Kitchen brigade.
  • A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedure.
