Lilibet’s is a new seafood-led restaurant set within a beautifully restored Mayfair townhouse — once the birthplace of a young British princess. Inspired by elegance, travel, and timeless hospitality, the venue blends classic British charm with Mediterranean flavours, all served in a series of intimate, story-rich dining spaces. With over 160 covers, the restaurant includes an oyster bar, fireside grill, cocktail bar, and year-round terrace. Guests will experience standout seafood dishes, bold cooking, and refined service in a setting designed to feel like an extraordinary private home.

The Position
We are seeking an experienced Bar supervisor to join our opening team. The successful candidate will be energetic, personable, and passionate about delivering an outstanding bar experience. You will support senior management by overseeing bar operations, leading the bar team, and ensuring consistent standards in service, product quality, and guest satisfaction.
If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
- Previous experience as a head bartender in a high-end bar, restaurant, or private members club
- Extensive and proven experience in mixology, beverage presentation, and high-volume service
- Working knowledge of licensing laws, H&S, Food Hygiene, and Fire Regulations relevant to the bar
- Proven ability to recruit, manage, train and inspire a dynamic bar team
- A creative and innovative approach to cocktails, product offerings, and menu development
- Experience in managing stock control, cellar operations, cost of sales, and bar-related budgets
