What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter within a premium restaurant/hotel
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables
  • Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling properly
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies
  • Required basic English knowledge
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety

Who we are:

Opening in summer of 2025, this new restaurant will be in a prime location in Mayfair and aims to elevate the seafood offering in London. Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience. Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor, in addition to the 104-cover restaurant area, a cocktail bar, and an 18-cover PDR on the lower level.
