Opening in Spring of 2025, this new
restaurant will be in a prime location in Mayfair and aims to elevate the
seafood offering in London. Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on
quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience.
Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable
selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in addition to the 104-cover
restaurant area, a cocktail bar, and a 18 cover PDR on the lower level.
The Position
This role requires energy and professionalism. You will
perform a range of tasks including preparing tables, serving orders, explaining
dishes, and facilitating collaboration between kitchen and floor or bar staff. As a runner in our luxury restaurant, your
ultimate goal will be to provide our guests with outstanding service and
actively help to improve their overall dining experience.
You will bring the following skills and experience:
- Experience
in a similar role in a busy high end restaurant - Outstanding
communication and people skills. - Courteous,
friendly personality and professional appearance. - Superb
multitasking skills and eye for detail - Ability to
demonstrate excellent service with speed and efficiency - Strong
problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to
handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and
rationally. - Able to meet
physical and scheduling demands of the position, including, walking,
standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights,
weekends, and holidays. - A working
knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures; - Available
to work different hours including weekends, days, and nights.
