We areseekingaJuniorsous chef to join our opening team. The successful candidate will befriendly,personableand passionate about allthingsfood and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Junior Sous Chef looking for a new role in an ambitious restaurant in the heart of Mayfair.
Opening in Springof2025, this new restaurant will be in a prime location in Mayfair and aims to elevate the seafood offering in London. Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience. Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in addition to the104 coverrestaurant area a cocktail bar, and a 24 cover PDR on the lower level.
The Position
As JuniorSous Chef, you willbe responsible forensuring the delivery of consistent, high quality and innovative dishes throughout the operation. Working closely with the senior team; you willassistin managing the overall kitchen operation,

Previousexperience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef dePartiein a high-quality Restaurant;

Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce;

A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail;

Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a Kitchen brigade;
