The Position
As Head Sommelier, you will be our resident wine expert, responsible for curating and procuring the restaurant’s wine selection ahead of our grand opening, and training the team on wine knowledge, ensuring exemplary wine service to our guests. You will help to deliver an exceptional service to the guest and thrive in a customer facing role where you can pair and make recommendations. This is a very exciting opportunity for a talented Head Sommelier to join a high end restaurant with ambitious plans.
If you can offer us the following, then we want to hear from you:
- Must have extensive wine knowledge
- Experience in a Luxury Service experience
- A warm and engaging personality with a keen eye for detail
- Qualified to WSET Level 3
- Minimum Experience in Training preparation and delivery
- An ability to build great relationship with chefs to be able to understand their menu and offer great wine pairings
