Full-time

Total
estimated expected earnings, up to £15.01 per hour

W hat you will bring
to the role:

·
Previous experience as a Demi CDP within
a new opening or high-profile restaurant/ hotel.

·
Prepare
and cook food to the highest quality standards.

·
Manage
a specific section of the kitchen, such as the grill , sauce or sauté.

·
Ensure
that all dishes are cooked to order and served on time.

·
Maintain
a clean and organized kitchen environment .

·
Order
and manage inventory for your section.

·
Train
and supervise junior chefs and commis

·
Assist with menu planning and
development.

·
Ensure
proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed
