160-cover destination features an oyster bar, fireside grill, cocktail
bar, and year-round terrace, offering an exceptional dining
experience in the heart of Mayfair.
We
are seeking passionate hospitality professionals who

Hours & Pay
Full-time
Total estimated expected earnings, up to £16.51 per hour
You must already hold the right to work in the UK to be considered
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous experience as a CDP within a new opening or high-profile restaurant/ hotel.
- Prepare and cook food to the highest quality standards.
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen, such as the grill, sauce or sauté.
- Ensure that all dishes are cooked to order and served on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Order and manage inventory for your section.
- Train and supervise junior chefs and commis.
- Assist with menu planning and development.
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed.
